Steele scaled the state rankings by moving to 448 from 501 this week, the biggest jump in Southwestern. The Comets were able to make move up by losing to Elyria 28-25.
Brecksville-Broadview Heights took down Holy Name 48-14 last week, the largest margin of any game.
Steele's offense was unstoppable this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Matt Kneisel threw for 11 yards and Joe D'Andrea had 33 yards receiving. On the ground Jacob Sciarrotta chipped in 46 yards. Logan Mahar helped Steele's passing attack out by catching 2 balls for 13 yards.
