The Boswell Scorpions and the Rock Creek Mustangs will face off at 8:00 p.m. on January 23rd without much rest after finishing up games yesterday. Boswell is looking to tack on another W to their three-game streak on the road.
Last Saturday, Boswell was able to grind out a solid win over Tushka, taking the game 43-31. The victory was just what Boswell needed coming off of a 72-33 defeat in their prior matchup.
Meanwhile, after a string of four wins, Rock Creek's good fortune finally ran out on Saturday. They fell 48-41 to Caddo. Rock Creek has struggled against Caddo recently, as their game on Saturday was their seventh consecutive lost matchup.
Boswell has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches, which provided a nice bump to their 10-11 record this season. As for Rock Creek, their defeat dropped their record down to 15-5.
Boswell lost to Rock Creek on the road by a decisive 37-22 margin when the teams last played on January 4th. Can Boswell avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
