Meanwhile, Mildred came up short against Kerens last Friday and fell 10-7.
Maddie Sikes was cooking despite her team's loss, going 2-for-3 with one home run and four RBI. Another player making a difference was Parker Kittrell, who scored a run and stole Two bases. while going 3-for-4.
Mildred has been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-7 record this season. Cayuga's record is now 4-5.
