Back at the plate, Hannah Leegwater was incredible, going a perfect 3-for-3 with one home run, three RBI, and two runs. Another player making a difference was Elliana Algarin, who got on base in all three of her plate appearances with two runs, one triple, and one RBI.
Eastern Christian always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .625. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Manchester Regional only posted an OBP of .222.
