It's playoff time, and Reeltown had no trouble coming through when it counted. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Highland Home Flying Squadron a 17-0 shutout on Monday. The result was nothing new for the Rebels, who have now won 11 matches by seven runs or more so far this season.

The victory was the third in a row for Reeltown, bringing their record up to 15-18. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 16.3 runs over those games. As for Highland Home, their loss dropped their record down to 6-12.

Reeltown didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 7-6 defeat against Ranburne on the 5th. As for Highland Home, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, a 23-4 loss against Isabella on the 5th.
