The  game was  Brown's ninth in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of  Carlito 'Smooth' Brown, who  dropped  a double-double on 28 points and 12  boards.
Boron now  has a losing record at 4-5. As for California City, the  win was  the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 6-3.
 Boron didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next  contest,  a  67-26  defeat against Desert on the 17th. As for California City, they also  wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next  matchup,  a  73-46  victory against Rosamond on the 17th.
