Baseball Recap: Horse Creek Academy Takes a Loss

Horse Creek Academy easily dispatched Wagener-Salley last Tuesday, but unfortunately both the margin and the ultimate result were a different story in this one. The Horse Creek Academy Stallions fell just short of the American Leadership Academy Patriots by a score of 10-8 on Wednesday. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest defeat the Stallions have suffered since March 29, 2024.

Iniko Barker made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and scored two runs and stole Three bases. while getting on base in two of his four plate appearances. Horse Creek Academy is 4-2 when Barker posts two or more stolen bases, but 1-2 otherwise. Bryson Rish was another key player, scoring a run while going 2-for-3.
