Meanwhile, National Trail had to suffer through a rough 47-14 loss at the hands of the Knights. While losing is never fun, National Trail can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Ohio basketball rankings (they are ranked 683rd, while the Knights are ranked 181st).
East Dayton Christian has traveled a rocky road recently having lost five of their last six contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-9 record this season. As for National Trail, they dropped their record down to 6-13 with that defeat, which was their seventh straight on the road.
