You can't lose the contest if you win every quarter, and that was precisely the Buffalo Bison's strategy against the Warsaw Wildcats on Tuesday. Given that consistent dominance, it should come as no surprise that Buffalo blew Warsaw out of the water with a 65-30 final score. That 35 point margin sets a new team best for Buffalo this season.
Buffalo found their leader in underclassman Blair Abraham, who almost dropped a double-double on 26 points and nine rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Abraham has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Braden Mcgregor, who dropped a double-double on 15 points and 11 rebounds.
When it comes to explaining why Warsaw lost, one person who can't be blamed is Garrett Ferguson. Despite the final result, he scored seven points.
Buffalo's victory bumped their record up to 3-12. As for Warsaw, their defeat was their seventh straight at home, which dropped their record down to 3-15.
Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing El Dorado Springs the next time they take the court. Warsaw will host El Dorado Springs at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, while Buffalo will head out to face them at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
