The Carver A&T Wildcats will be playing in front of their home fans against the Lansdowne Vikings at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Given that both teams suffered a loss in their last game, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this game.

Despite the loss, Carver A&T saw an underclassman step up: Elisah Guity scored 21 points. Jordan Carrington was another key contributor, scoring 11 points.
Meanwhile, Lansdowne's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Friday after their third straight loss dating back to last season. The match between Lansdowne and Eastern Tech wasn't particularly close, with Lansdowne falling 36-20. Lansdowne has not had much luck with Eastern Tech recently, as the team's come up short the last two times they've met.
Carver A&T's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Lansdowne, their loss dropped their record down to 0-1.
Carver A&T strolled past Lansdowne in their previous matchup back in December of 2022 by a score of 37-22. Will Carver A&T repeat their success, or does Lansdowne have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
