School for Entrepreneurship & Technology has struggled against Mountain Empire recently, as their matchup on Thursday was their sixth consecutive lost matchup.
Mountain Empire was led to victory by Andrew Sepulveda and Corey Vann. Sepulveda scored 18 points along with eight rebounds and five steals, while Vann dropped a triple-double on 16 points, 12 rebounds, and 11 assists. Sepulveda has been hot recently, having posted eight or more rebounds the last five times he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Maximo Gonzalez, who scored 13 points along with nine rebounds and two steals.
School for Entrepreneurship & Technology's defeat dropped their record down to 1-15. As for Mountain Empire, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 12-6 record this season.
