The Hunter College Hawks's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Wednesday after their third straight loss. They took a 40-33 hit to the loss column at the hands of Math Science & Engineering.
Several Hawks players turned in solid performances, despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Noah Kay, who scored nine points along with ten rebounds. Kay has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last four times he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Andrew Choy, who scored three points along with nine steals.
Hunter College's loss dropped their record down to 4-7. As for Math Science & Engineering, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-2.
Hunter College will be home for the holidays to greet Randolph Campus at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Math Science & Engineering, they will head out on the road to face off against Art & Design at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Art & Design is still on the hunt for that elusive first 'W'.
