Holy Trinity waltzed into their game on Monday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They skirted past the Sacred Heart Academy Spartans 4-2. That's two games straight that the Titans have won by exactly two runs.
Tia DePalo made a big impact while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she struck out nine batters over seven innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off four hits. That's the most strikeouts she has posted since back in April of 2024. She was also solid in the batter's box, going 2-for-4 with one stolen base and one run.
In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Alex Perino, who went 3-for-4 with two runs, one triple, and one RBI. Emma Brussell was another key player, going 1-for-3 with one stolen base, one double, and one RBI.
