Mingo Central's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Chris Ross, who threw for 166 yards and three touchdowns. Amanti Lovett was another key contributor, rushing for 47 yards and two touchdowns.
Their wins lifted both teams to an identical 8-2.
