Calan Hughes has led Hurricane in blocks on the season and he led the team again on Wednesday. Hughes almost dropped a double-double on nine points and 11 rebounds, good enough to also set a new career-high in blocks in the process. We rated that as his best performance of the season, edging out his previous best, set on December 6th, when he went 7 of 10 on his way to 14 points and eight rebounds (Gamescore: 16.2 vs. 15.3).
