St. Mary's moved up to 613 from 694 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in Tri-County - Rock. The Panthers climbed the ranks as a result of falling to Salesian 42-26.
Valley Christian took down St. Patrick/St. Vincent 44-12 last week, the largest margin of any game.
St. Mary's' Kevin Flemer and Caleb Coleman have formed a dynamic duo this season, leading the league in both passing and receiving yards. Flemer has thrown for 1461 yards this season, while Coleman has 18 catches for 366 yards. Howard Wikle from the Vikings leads the league in rushing with 940 yards.
Valley Christian's Wikle is a mere 60 yards away from breaking the 1,000-rushing-yards mark for the season.
A big matchup in the league this week will be when El Cerrito takes on Pinole Valley. At the moment, the Gauchos are in first, while the Spartans are in fifth.
John Parrella's team led Tri-County - Rock in scoring this week after putting up 44 points on the Bruins.
