Tucker is 0-4 against Arabia Mountain since November of 2021 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Tuesday. The Tucker Tigers will be playing at home against the Arabia Mountain Rams at 6:00 p.m. Tucker will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Georgia Rankings (they are ranked 447th, while Arabia Mountain is ranked 92nd).
Last Friday, Tucker was just a bucket shy of victory and fell 48-47 to M.L. King.
The match pitted two dominant guards against one another in Ka'nya Hairston and Alika Daugherty. Daugherty had a great game and scored 13 points along with eight steals. Meanwhile, Hairston did her best for the losing side, scoring 13 points.
Meanwhile, Arabia Mountain put the finishing touches on their 12th blowout victory of the season on Friday. They were the clear victor by a 59-33 margin over Chamblee. Winning may never get old, but Arabia Mountain sure is getting used to it with their sixth in a row.
Tucker's defeat dropped their record down to 4-11. As for Arabia Mountain, their win was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 16-2.
Tucker took a serious blow against Arabia Mountain when the teams last played back in December of 2023, falling 75-23. The contest was all but decided by halftime, at which point Tucker was down 45-14.
