Richards scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Friday. They took their game at home with ease, bagging a 61-14 win over Buckholts.
Meanwhile, Fayetteville entered their tilt with the Bulldogs with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. Everything went Fayetteville's way against the Bulldogs on Tuesday as the Lions made off with a 50-30 win.
Kayme Schley was nothing short of spectacular: she scored 24 points along with eight rebounds and three steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points she has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Rylie Dyer, who scored six points along with five rebounds and three steals.
Richards is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups, which provided a massive bump to their 10-9 record this season. As for Fayetteville, they pushed their record up to 11-16 with that victory, which was their fourth straight on the road.
Richards came up short against the Lions in their previous meeting back in January, falling 49-42. A big factor in that loss was the dominant performance of Schley, who dropped a double-double on 18 points and 13 rebounds.
