Despite the loss, Nazareth still got an impressive performance from Vanessa McManus, who scored 30 points. M. Moore was another key contributor, scoring 14 points.
Nazareth's defeat dropped their record down to 0-1. As for Ursuline, their victory bumped their record up to 1-0.
Nazareth will be playing in front of their home fans against St. John's Prep at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Ursuline, they will head out on the road to face off against Ossining at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
