The Lowcountry Leadership NaviGators will head out on the road to face off against the Colleton County Cougars at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Lowcountry Leadership comes in still looking for their first win of the season.
Last Tuesday, Lowcountry Leadership was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap as they fell 30-25 to Faith Christian.
Meanwhile, Colleton County scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Wednesday. They came out on top against North Charleston by a score of 46-39. The victory was a breath of fresh air for Colleton County as it put an end to their six-game losing streak.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Colleton County to victory, but perhaps none more so than Xiomara Oxner, who scored 17 points. Those 17 points set a new season-high mark for her. Zariona Hudson was another key contributor, scoring 12 points.
Lowcountry Leadership's loss dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Colleton County, their win ended a six-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 3-7.
