Selections are based on team success, individual production and local, regional and state honors from the recently-completed season. Potential at the college and professional level is not a primary consideration. Players in post-graduate and non-scholastic programs are not eligible for inclusion.

Missed nearly half of the season due to UIL rulings surrounding his transfer, Black was a key cog in big games during the Panthers' (35-1) national title run. He averaged 13 points, five rebounds, 3.5 assists and two steals and was named MVP of the UIL Class 6A state title game.

Piled up 52 points and 31 rebounds in a single game and averaged 29.9 points, 18.1 rebounds, 6.1 blocks and 3.1 assists to lead Central to its first state title since 1990. Clingan finished his career with 43 consecutive victories and 2,268 points.

Earned tournament MVP honors at the State Champions Invitational after averaging 18.5 points, 8.5 rebounds and 2.5 blocks over a pair of blowout wins. Hendricks averaged 15 points, 8.1 rebounds and 2.9 blocks on the season for the Eagles (26-2), who finished the year ranked No. 3 nationally.

Led the Panthers (35-1) to the MaxPreps National Title, averaging 15.9 points, 7.9 rebounds, 2.9 assists and two steals. Holland poured in a game-high 28 points with six rebounds in an early season signature win over No. 2 Centennial.
