Coolidge extended their winning streak to six games thanks to a huge performance from Preston Dees. The Bears strolled past the Snowflake Lobos with points to spare on Friday, taking the game 60-46 with plenty of help from Dees, who dropped a double-double with 23 points and 12 boards. His big performance that evening made it six games in a row in which he has scored at least 15 points.

Turner Armstrong was another key player, putting up eight points and seven assists. Armstrong is also crushing it when it comes to steals: he's grabbed at least two every time he's taken the court this season.

Coolidge's win bumped their record up to 6-0. As for Snowflake, their loss dropped their record down to 0-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Coolidge will host Empire at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Bears will be up against the Ravens' rather soft defense (which has allowed 55.75 points per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Snowflake, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Page at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Lobos are facing the Sand Devils at the right time seeing as the Sand Devils are stuck on a six-game losing streak.
