It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but the New Hope Indians had no problem doing just that on Friday. They blew past the Golden Eagles 64-42. The win was familiar territory for New Hope who now have three in a row.
Jacksonville lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Halaina Lozano, who scored 12 points along with two steals. Another player making a difference was Alexis Phillips, who scored 12 points along with three steals.
New Hope's win was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 14-10. As for Jacksonville, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 16-16.
New Hope does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Jacksonville also has no future games currently scheduled.
