After having lost a blowout in their previous game against PORTA/Ashland-Chandlerville Central/Greenview, Pleasant Plains was happy to have turned things around on Friday. Alexander Smith had another great game (as he tends to do), rushing for 27 yards and a pair of TDs. He also punched in two rushing touchdowns, which is notable because Pleasant Plains is undefeated when he posts at least two rushing touchdowns, but 0-3 otherwise. Carson Niemerg helped out on the ground, rushing for 103 yards.
