The Waldorf Thunder won the last time they faced British International School of Chicago, and things went their way on Friday too. Waldorf sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 36-33 win over British International School of Chicago.
Despite the loss, British International School of Chicago still got an impressive performance from Sebastion Mack, who dropped a double-double on 13 points and 12 rebounds. Steph Barbanti was another key contributor, scoring 10 points.
The victory got Waldorf back to even at 1-1. As for British International School of Chicago, their loss dropped their record down to an identical 1-1.
Waldorf will look to defend their home court on Monday against Beacon Academy at 5:00 p.m. As for British International School of Chicago, they will head out on the road to face off against Cruz at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
