The Seekonk Warriors were the  52-44 winner over the Case Cardinals when they last played one another  back in February, but their luck changed this time around. Seekonk might have been a little too into the holiday spirit, gifting Case an easy  60-39 victory.
 Despite the loss, Seekonk still got an impressive performance from   Lucas Pereira, who  dropped  a double-double on 12 points and 11  rebounds. Those 11  rebounds set a new season-high mark for him. The team also got some help courtesy of  Travis Pereira, who  scored five points.
 Seekonk's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Case,  the  win  got them back to even at 3-3.
 Both  squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Seekonk will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Bourne at 6:30  p.m.  on January 2, 2024. Case will finish  2023 at home by hosting Westport at 6:30  p.m.  on Wednesday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another  in Massachusetts (Westport is ranked 80th, while Case is ranked 71st).
