The Comanche Indians will venture away from home to square off against the Tolar Rattlers at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Comanche is coming into the matchup on a five-game losing streak.
Comanche fell victim to Peaster and their airtight pitching crew on Thursday. They lost 7-0 to the Greyhounds. The contest marked the first time this season in which the Indians were not able to get on the board.

Kye Keeter was cooking despite his team's loss, going a perfect 2-for-2 with three stolen bases. He is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as he's now snagged at least one in each of the last five games he's played.
Meanwhile, Tolar made easy work of Early on Wednesday and carried off a 10-2 victory. The Rattlers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won six games by six runs or more this season.
Kallen Mitchell was a major factor while hitting and pitching. He struck out seven batters over seven innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off seven hits. That's the most strikeouts he has posted since back in April of 2025. He was also solid in the batter's box, getting on base in three of his four plate appearances with two runs and one RBI.
In other batting news, Rowdy Tryon was excellent, going 2-for-4 with two stolen bases, one run, and one double. Noah Yanish was another key player, going 3-for-4 with two runs and two RBI.
Tolar has been performing well recently as they've won seven of their last nine matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-6 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.7 runs over those games. As for Comanche, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-12.
The pitchers for both teams better look sharp on Tuesday as neither team is afraid to steal. Comanche has been swiping bases left and right this season, having averaged 4.8 stolen bases per game. However, it's not like Tolar struggles in that department as they've been averaging 4.4 stolen bases. The only question left is which team can snag more.
Comanche might still be hurting after the 9-2 loss they got from Tolar when the teams last played back in April of 2025. Can the Indians avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
