The Latitude Lynx's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Tuesday after their third straight loss. They were dealt a 76-27 loss at the hands of AIMS College Prep.
Nahom Solomon continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines for AIMS College Prep, dropping a double-double on 18 points and ten assists. Solomon is absolutely dominating the point category: he's posted at least 15 every time he's taken the court this season. Another player making a difference was Cedric Powell, who scored 21 points.
Latitude's defeat was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season, which bumped their record down to 1-3. As for AIMS College Prep, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 11-4.
Latitude will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Aspire Richmond Ca. College Preparatory Academy at 6:00 p.m. on January 29th. As for AIMS College Prep, they will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Leadership Public Schools Richmond at 6:00 p.m.
