The Zephyrhills Bulldogs won the last time they faced the Pasco Pirates, and things went their way on Wednesday too. Zephyrhills blew past Pasco 76-47 at home.
Pasco's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Jeremiah Miller, who scored 11 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Brayden Tautges, who scored 4 points along with 5 rebounds and 5 blocks.
Zephyrhills now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Pasco, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-4.
Zephyrhills will stay at home for another game and welcome Sunlake at 7:00 p.m. on December 8th. As for Pasco, they will head out on the road to face off against Cypress Creek at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in Florida (Cypress Creek is ranked 502nd, while Pasco is ranked 519th).
