 On the hitting side,  Carissa Camaclang was  incredible,  going 2-for-3 with one  home run, one  triple,  and two  RBI. That  triple was  her first of the season.
Del Norte pushed their record up to 16-8-1 with the  win, which was their third straight  on the road. Those  road  victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 6.7 runs over those games. As for San Marcos,  this is the second loss in a row for them and  nudges their season record down to 15-13.
 Coming up, Del Norte will face off against San Pasqual at 6:30  p.m.  on Friday. The Nighthawks are facing the Golden Eagles at the right time seeing as the Golden Eagles are stuck on  a  six-game losing streak. San Marcos does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
