Andover waltzed into their game  on Friday with six straight wins... but they left with seven. They were the clear victors by  a  10-0 margin over the Elk River Elks. Considering the Huskies have won eight contests by more than six  runs this season, Friday's  blowout was nothing new.
 Megan Surgenor made a big impact while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she  didn't allow a single  earned run while striking out six over five innings pitched. She has been consistent: she hasn't  given up  more than one  earned run in seven consecutive appearances. She was also stellar in the batter's box,  going a perfect 3-for-3 with four  RBI and two  doubles. That's the most  doubles  she has posted since back in April.
 In other batting news, Andover let  Chloe Brown and  Avery Stock run wild. Brown  went 2-for-3 with two  runs, one  stolen base,  and two  RBI, while  Stock  went a perfect 1-for-1 with one  home run and three  RBI. That  home run was  Stock's first of the season. Another player making a difference was  Laci Heppell, who  went a perfect 2-for-2 with two  runs and one  RBI.
 Andover  always had someone on base and  finished the game having  posted an OBP of .556. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Elk River only posted  an  OBP of  .286.
Andover pushed their record up to 11-2 with the  victory, which was their third straight  at home.
