Boerne is 10-0 against Bandera since March of 2018, and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Tuesday. The Boerne Greyhounds will head out on the road to square off against the Bandera BULLDOGS at 7:00 p.m. Boerne is looking to tack on another W to their seven-game streak on the road.
After soaring to eight goals the game before, Boerne were a bit more limited in their match on Friday. They fell just short of Davenport by a score of 2-1. The loss put an end to Boerne's undefeated start to the season.
Meanwhile, Bandera's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Friday after their third straight loss. They ended up on the wrong side of a tough 9-0 walloping at the hands of Canyon Lake. The loss unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Bandera in their matchups with Canyon Lake: they've now lost eight in a row.
Boerne's defeat ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 11-1-1. As for Bandera, their loss dropped their record down to 10-9.
Everything went Boerne's way against Bandera in their previous matchup back in February of 2023 as Boerne made off with a 9-0 win. Does Boerne have another victory up their sleeve, or will Bandera turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
