Last Friday, St. Helena College and Career Academy put the finishing touches on their 5th blowout victory of the season. They steamrollered Pope John Paul II 48-0. The game was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 34-0.
Meanwhile, St. Thomas Aquinas had a bit more than a touchdown to spare in a 20-6 victory over Independence. The success made it back-to-back wins for St. Thomas Aquinas.
Everything went St. Helena College and Career Academy's way against St. Thomas Aquinas the last time the two teams met as they made off with a 34-0 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for St. Helena College and Career Academy since the team won't have home-field advantage.
