The Red Rock Scorpions's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Saturday after their 13th straight loss. They had to suffer through a rough 81-24 loss at the hands of Northland Prep Academy. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Red Rock has scored all season.
Henry Troutman was a one-man wrecking crew for Northland Prep Academy as he scored 17 points along with three steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Troutman has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Hudson Purcell, who scored nine points along with four steals and two blocks.
Red Rock dropped their record down to 2-14 with that loss, which was their eighth straight on the road. As for Northland Prep Academy, their win bumped their record up to 12-13.
Red Rock does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Northland Prep Academy, they will head out on the road to face off against Highland Prep at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Hopefully Northland Prep Academy focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up eight on Saturday.
