Navajo Prep is 10-0 against the Cougars since January of 2020, and they'll have a chance to extend that success  on Tuesday. The Navajo Prep Eagles will head out on the road to  challenge  the Tohatchi Cougars at 7:00  p.m. Navajo Prep is coming into the  matchup hot, having won their last seven games.
 Navajo Prep stacked  an  11th blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Thursday. They really took it to Newcomb for the full four quarters, racking up a  81-21 victory at home. Navajo Prep pushed the score to  70-16 by the end of the third, a deficit the Skyhawks had  no chance of recovering from.
  Orion King and  Xavier Nez were among the main playmakers for Navajo Prep as the former  scored 16 points along with eight  rebounds and the latter  scored 16 points along with five  steals. Nez has been hot recently, having posted two or more  steals the last seven times he's  played. Another player making a difference was  Jude Thomas, who  scored 12 points along with five  assists and three  steals.
 Meanwhile,  even though Zuni scored an imposing 68 points on Thursday, Tohatchi still came out on top. Tohatchi took their   matchup against the Thunderbirds   80-68.
 Navajo Prep is  on a roll lately: they've  won eight of their last nine games,  which provided a nice bump to their 13-4 record this season. As for Tohatchi, their win was  their fifth straight at home, which  pushed their record up to 13-6.
 Everything came up roses for Navajo Prep against the Cougars in their previous matchup  back in January as the  team secured a  99-49 win. One of the biggest obstacles the team faced in that game was  Tohatchi's  Talan Long, who  almost  dropped  a double-double on 16 points and nine  rebounds.
