The Idabel Warriors entered their tilt with the Kingston Redskins with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. Idabel walked away with a 54-45 win over Kingston on Monday. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Idabel also won the last time the pair played back in January.
It was another big night for John paul Sumo, who scored 25 points. Sumo is crushing the point category: he's posted at least 16 every time he's taken the court this season. Another player making a difference was Shane Threadgill, who scored 13 points.
Idabel's win bumped their record up to 18-4. As for Kingston, their loss dropped their record down to 8-10.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Idabel will take on Pocola at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Kingston, they will be playing at home against Sulphur at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
