The Marion Bulldogs entered their tilt with the Luling Eagles with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. Marion really took it to Luling for the full four quarters, racking up a 58-24 victory at home. That 34 point margin sets a new team best for Marion this season.
Breelon Allen was nothing short of spectacular: she scored 16 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Whitley Wiatrek, who scored 13 points.
Marion is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 11-20 record this season. As for Luling, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-21.
