It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but the Booker T. Washington Golden Eagles had no problem doing just that on Friday. Booker T. Washington was led to victory by Marquez Daniel and Elijah Hall. Daniel picked up 199 receiving yards and two touchdowns, while Hall threw for 308 yards and three touchdowns while completing 78.9% of his passes. Daniel was no stranger to the big play, cutting upfield for a catch that went for 60 yards.
Booker T. Washington has been performing well recently as they've won seven of their last nine contests, which provided a nice bump to their 8-4 record this season. As for Handley, their defeat dropped their record down to 10-2.
Booker T. Washington is on the road again on Friday and play against Jackson at 7:00 p.m. on November 24th. One thing working in Jackson's favor is that they have now posted big point totals every time they've taken the field this season. Handley does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
