After flying high against Chartwell  last Tuesday, Kirby Prep came back down to earth. The Griffins lost  3-0 to the Notre Dame Spirits on Wednesday. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Spirits this season, as they also lost their prior matchup  3-0  back in September.

Kirby Prep's loss dropped their record down to 1-9. As for Notre Dame, they have  been performing  well recently as they've  won ten of their last 12 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-5 record  this season.
 Both  squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Kirby Prep will challenge Chartwell at 5:00  p.m.  on Monday. As for Notre Dame, they will face off against North Salinas at 6:00  p.m.  on Friday.
