Rock Creek Academy was handed a 20-point loss in their previous outing, but they didn't let that bad energy affect their game against West Washington on Monday. Rock Creek Academy skirted past West Washington 48-46. The victory was just what Rock Creek Academy needed coming off of a 62-42 loss in their prior contest.
In what's become a running theme this season, Providence gave their fans yet another huge win on Saturday. They put the hurt on Henryville with a sharp 62-39 win. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest win Providence has posted since December 14, 2023.
Providence's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Jayda Kempf, who scored 20 points along with two steals. Avery Smith was another key contributor, dropping a double-double on ten points and 14 rebounds.
Rock Creek Academy has been performing well recently as they've won 11 of their last 13 games, which provided a massive bump to their 11-9 record this season. As for Providence, they pushed their record up to 13-7 with that win, which was their fourth straight at home.
