The Arlington Tigers suffered their biggest loss yet this season on Friday. They were beaten by Bartlett 55-23. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Arlington has scored all season.
Despite the loss, Arlington had strong showings from Zaria Moss, who scored seven points, and Cydney Hurt, who scored three points along with five rebounds.
Arlington has fallen quite a ways from their 21-9 record last season and are now at 5-9. As for Bartlett, their win was their fifth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 15-8.
Arlington will face off against Cordova at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Cordova is still on the hunt for that elusive first 'W'. Bartlett won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Knoxville Catholic at 4:00 p.m. on January 13th. Knoxville Catholic is also coming in off of a big victory, so somebody is in for a big reversal of fortune.
