Academy of Our Lady of Peace extended their winning streak to three on Tuesday, bumping their season record up to 6-9 in the process. They put the hurt on the Patrick Henry Patriots with a sharp 15-4 victory. That looming 15-4 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Pilots yet this season.

Bryn Marsh made a big impact while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, tossing five innings while giving up three earned (and one unearned) runs off six hits. Marsh was also big at the plate, going 2-for-3 with three runs and one RBI.

In other batting news, Samantha Gehler was incredible, firing off three home runs, seven RBI, and four runs while going 4-for-4. Those three home runs gave her a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Alayna Ma'Ake, who went 2-for-3 with one home run, five RBI, and three runs.

Academy of Our Lady of Peace kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 15 hits. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Patrick Henry only managed seven hits.

As for Patrick Henry, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-9 record this season. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss they have suffered since March 1st.

On Patrick Henry's side, Zoe Rutherford made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went 1-for-3 with one home run and two RBI. That home run was Rutherford's first of the season. Katie Krewson was another key player, going a perfect 1-for-1 with one stolen base, one run, and one RBI.

Academy of Our Lady of Peace didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 9-5 defeat against Cathedral Catholic on the 16th. As for Patrick Henry, they have also already played their next game, a 2-0 loss against Christian on the 17th.
