Jazz Coleman Crosses Big Stat Threshold
Starting off the list is Speedway's Jazz Coleman, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Coleman rushed for 164 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 9.6 yards per carry. The performance once again pushed his average rushing yardage north of 100 yards per game (103.4).
Speedway now has a winning record of 4-3. Coleman and Speedway will host Indianapolis Lutheran at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Lee Came Up Big in Beech Grove's 28-27 Win
Jeremiah Lee's rushing tear continued on Friday as he dropped his third-straight game with 141+ rushing yards dating back to last season. He rushed for 188 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 9.0 yards per carry. He showed off some serious burst, turning on the afterburners on one carry for 65 yards.
Unfortunately for Indianapolis Cardinal Ritter, this isn't the first big game they've seen from Lee. When Lee last faced the Raiders back in September of 2023, he rushed for 155 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 9.7 yards per carry.

Ezekiel Omole Turns in Season-Best Performance
On Friday, Speedway got the W thanks in part to Ezekiel Omole playing the best football he has all season. Omole wasn't messing around, picking up two sacks, forcing a fumble, and making eight total tackles (5.0 for loss). The game was his fourth straight with five or more total tackles dating back to last season. He has become a key player for Speedway: the team is undefeated when he posts at least two sacks, but 1-3 otherwise.
This year, Omole has averaged 5.6 total tackles per game and for the season has 4 sacks.

While Eric Montgomery delivered a dominant performance on Friday, a win just wasn't in the cards for Indianapolis Scecina Memorial. Nobody could stop Montgomery as he rushed for five yards.
Indianapolis Scecina Memorial and Indianapolis Cardinal Ritter are set to duel on Friday. Montgomery will face off against Tavien Fox, the Raiders' star running back. With so much talent on the field, fans are surely in for an exciting game. The only thing left to see is who brings home the W.

Noah Bryant Makes Top Five
Rounding off our Top Five is Noah Bryant of Monrovia. Bryant's rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his fifth straight game with at least 123 rushing yards. He really tore up the turf during one magnificent 74-yard run.
The defeat snapped Monrovia's winning streak at four games and leaves them with a 5-2 record. Bryant and Monrovia will challenge Covenant Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
