Alyssa Kunz was a major factor no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run while striking out 14 over seven innings pitched. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't given up more than one walk any time she's pitched this season. She was also stellar in the batter's box, scoring a run while getting on base in four of her five plate appearances.
In other batting news, Hailey York was incredible, scoring three runs and stealing two bases while going 2-for-4. Another player making a difference was Mia Quintero, who went 1-for-4 with one home run and two RBI.
