Chilton County's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Justin Godwin, who scored 16 points along with eight assists and eight rebounds. It was the first time this season that Godwin posted eight or more assists. The team also got some help courtesy of Bradin Yates, who dropped a double-double on 17 points and 12 rebounds.
Calera dropped their record down to 5-25 with that loss, which was their third straight at home. That rough patch can't be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 60.7 points per game.
