Glenbard East received a tough blow as they fell 45-28 to Normal Community. Glenbard East's loss signaled the end of their nine-game winning streak.
Tommy Davis was on fire for Normal Community: he rushed for 159 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 9.9 yards per carry. Davis was no stranger to the big play, taking off on a dash that went for 65 yards. Another player making a difference was Mar?quan Gary, who gained 77 total yards and a touchdown.
Glenbard East's defeat dropped their record down to 10-2. As for Normal Community, the win for they keeps them at an undefeated 12-0.
