 Hayden Williamson made a splash no matter where she played. She  tossed 6.1 innings while giving up  four earned  (and two unearned) runs off   eight  hits. She has been consistent recently: she hasn't  given up  more than two  walks in four consecutive appearances. She was also big at the plate,  going 1-for-3 with three  stolen bases and three  runs.
 In other batting news, Patrick Taylor Science & Tech Academy let  Ashtyn Rogers and  Veronica Bourgeois run wild. Rogers  went 1-for-3 with two  runs, one  double,  and one  RBI, while  Bourgeois  went 2-for-4 with two  runs, one  double,  and one  RBI.
 Meanwhile,  it can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Academy of Our Lady had no problem doing just that  on Saturday. They never let the Trojans get on the board and left with  an   18-0  win. The  matchup marked the Penguins' most dominant  victory of the  season.
 Patrick Taylor Science & Tech Academy's win bumped their record up to 17-7. As for Academy of Our Lady,  the  victory snapped their losing streak at four games  and leaves them with a 8-18 record.
