The Seminole Warhawks are taking a road trip to take on the Bayshore Bruins at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Seminole is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 7 runs per game this season.

Seminole not only won on Monday, but they posted their biggest win since March 14, 2024. They were the clear victors by a 19-3 margin over Clearwater. The Warhawks have beaten the Tornadoes the last eight times they've met, but they better watch out: this was the closest the Tornadoes has come to flipping the script.

JJ Baysinger was a standout: he scored four runs and stole two bases while getting on base in four of his five plate appearances. What's more, he posted three RBI, the most he's had since back in April of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of Austin Duffy, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with two stolen bases, three runs, and four RBI.

Seminole kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 16 hits. The team's really been improving in that area: they've now improved their hit total in three consecutive contests.

Meanwhile, after soaring to 18 runs the game before, Bayshore was a bit more limited in their matchup on Saturday. They came up short against Manatee, falling 12-1. The Bruins have struggled against the Hurricanes recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive lost meeting.

Henrique Perdomo was cooking despite his team's loss, going a perfect 3-for-3 with one home run, one stolen base, and one double. He has been hot, having posted at least one stolen base the last six times he's played.

Seminole's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 17-6. The road wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.7 runs on average over those games. As for Bayshore, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-8.
