The Quad Cities Christian Eagles will be playing in front of their home fans against the Unity Christian Knights at 5:00  p.m.  on Friday. Quad Cities Christian will be looking to keep their five-game home win streak alive.
 Quad Cities Christian posted their closest  win yet this season on Tuesday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against Non Varsity Opponent  and snuck past  41-39.
  Piper Ochkie continued  her habit of posting crazy stat lines,  scoring 14 points along with six  rebounds and four  steals. She hasn't dropped below two steals for 12 straight games. Another player making a difference was  Mikah Wolf, who  scored four points along with six  rebounds and three  steals.
 Meanwhile,  things could have been worse for Unity Christian, but they could have been a whole lot better as they took a  35-17 loss to Morning Star Academy on Friday.
 Quad Cities Christian is  on a roll lately: they've  won five of their last six matches,  which provided a nice bump to their 16-4 record this season. As for Unity Christian, their loss dropped their record down to 3-9.
 Quad Cities Christian strolled past Unity Christian in their previous meeting  back in December of 2023 by a score of  51-34. One of the biggest obstacles the team faced in that game was  Unity Christian's  Emily Merema, who  scored 17 points along with seven  rebounds and three  blocks.
