The Jordan Beetdiggers's four-game losing streak came to an end on Tuesday. They secured a 83-79 W over West. With that victory, Jordan brought their scoring average up to 55.4 points per game.
Jordan's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Jake Thomsen, who scored 19 points along with 6 rebounds. Another player making a difference was Brandt Steed, who scored 17 points.
Jordan's win bumped their record up to 1-4. As for West, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-1.
Jordan will head out on the road to face off against Granger at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Hopefully Granger focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 19 last Wednesday. As for West, they will be playing at home against Park City at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
